Types Of Spindles We RepairWe repair and rebuild all types of 40 taper CNC spindles; machine tool spindles, high speed spindles and in-line spindles are the most common. Please note that we do not work on integrated motors or integrated spindles.
Inline Spindle - A spindle that is directly coupled to an inline motor. Inline spindles can typically operate at speeds of up to 30,000 revolutions per minute. This is often called a spindle re-stuff.Spindle Repair and Rebuild - A spindle repair and rebuild is a much more time consuming process. Your spindle is disassembled and each component is evaluated individually. The integrity of each piece is refurbished until the part is like new. Bearings and parts that can not be refurbished are replaced. Finally, your spindle is reassembled in a clean environment and re-installed in your machine.
